How it works

  1. Create an account, or use the email you provided to BPLO if you already have a business on file.
  2. Apply online — new business or renewal — and BPLO reviews it before it's routed to the departments.
  3. Pay your Order of Payment online and download the OR.
  4. Download your permit once it's released by the BPLO.
